skiing today
We decided to go up skiing today despite it being the weekend and were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. We just did some easy runs near the top after taking the bubble lift up to Frejus as we both had twinges in our backs after attempting too many moguls yesterday.
Last night we had a visit from a young lady in order to complete some forms for a census. After telling her we were not residents, we did not have to complete the long and complicated form about what work we did, what schooling we had had, how we travelled to work etc. She only needed to know how many rooms we had, how many cars we had and what our form of heating was. According to the leaflet I had received a few days previously, this census it to establish if the area needs better amenities like transport systems or schools.
